According to Nicholas Kristof and his article titled Abusing chickens we eat published by the New York times he states his argument saying that chickens should be treated and raised humanly its is also to show people that Perdue is a hypocrite because they are putting labels that are misleading. According to the evidence stated in the article that per dues chickens are being cramped so tightly and most shocking is that the bellies of the chickens are raw and flesh they became featherles and how they are now bred to have hugebreast. The best quote I found in the article doing "the right thing is things like treating your chickens humanely" I choose it because many people brag about doing the right thing but yet they stile need to keep in mind to treat the chickens humanely. My opinion of this article changed my perspective in eating chicken yes it totally changed my perspective in eating chicken yes I would be more careful in choosing the food I eat.
People in 1906 in America had poor living conditions they had no control of safety food and had flies everywhere. How did the meat inspection act help Americans. It helped them to prevent adulterated or misbranded meat and meat products from being sold as foods and to ensure that meat and meat products are slaughtered and processed under sanitary conditions.
